Race Day 2013 Details

Registration, number and chip collection along with goody bag collection, will be open at Magh Éne College Sportshall on Church Road, Bundoran on Friday evening March 8th from 6.00pm – 9.00pm to coinciding with Expo.
Registration will also take place on Saturday morning at the same venue on race day morning, (Saturday 9th March) from 8.00am – 10.15am.

Walkers - those who are walking the route will start at 10.00 am. Warm-up with Paddy of SAF fitness from 9:50am.
Runners – Race start at 11.00am sharp.


The Cara Bundoran Run for 2013 will have the following:

  • Chip Timing
  • Mile Markers
  • 5 mile split time
  • Water Stations
  • Souvenir Technical Fabric T-Shirt for ALL FINISHERS

 

Joggers & Runners

The pre-race warm-up will take place at 10:30am by Paddy Donoghue of SAF fitness.

 

Facilities

Shower and Changing facilities will be available at the Magh Éne College Sportshall on the day of the race.

 

Masseurs

Masseurs will be available at Waterworld for post race treatments – donations to local charities welcome.

 

Refreshments

Tea and coffee will be available in the Magh Éne College Sportshall from 11:45am (Vouchers in each goody bag for refreshments)

 

Presentation

Race day Presentation will take at 2.00pm in the Magh Éne College Sportshall.

 

Recovery Party

The Cara Bundoran Run recovery party will be in the Allingham Hotel, Quay West, from 7.00pm on Saturday evening.
